4. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Rights (UK)

This section summarises our approach to refunds and cancellations and is intended to support transparency. Specific refund outcomes depend on the service type and the circumstances of the Order.

4.1 Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an Order, contact team@schoolus.co.uk as soon as possible with your order details.
  • If work has not started, we may be able to cancel and refund (subject to payment processor fees where applicable).
  • If work has started, a partial refund may apply depending on progress and costs already incurred.

4.2 Quality concerns and complaints

  • If you believe Deliverables do not meet the original instructions, contact us with specific details and supporting evidence.
  • We may offer a free revision where appropriate.
  • If a refund is requested, we will review the case fairly and may request additional information.

4.3 Missed deadlines

If we miss an agreed deadline due to our fault (not due to changes in requirements or late information from you), we will work with you to resolve the issue. Remedies may include expedited completion, revision support and/or a partial refund depending on circumstances.

4.4 Digital services and statutory rights

If you are a UK consumer, you may have statutory rights under consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related regulations) for digital content and services. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

If you request that services begin immediately, you acknowledge that certain cancellation rights may be limited once performance has started, where permitted by law.
